Every gym I’ve visited has wanted me to hold my own padlock for the changing room lockers. If for whatever cause, your gym is unique and you don’t need a padlock, that’s fantastic! Keep it in one of your workout bag’s pockets in case you change gyms or exercise anywhere else; you never know.

8- Clean Clothes
