1- Weight Loss
The main difference between 9Round and Orangetheory in terms of weight loss can be found in the time or duration of their workouts.
In the case of 9Round, which is a 30-minute workout, we will be able to burn around 300 to 600 calories. This is because their main workouts involve boxing.
In the case of Orangetheory, we have a longer workout than 9Round. In 60 minutes we can burn around 400 to 900 calories.
I don’t know if it’s because at 9Round we get boxing or kickboxing training, but we get coaching from an instructor from the moment we sign up, unlike Orangetheory you don’t get any instruction other than how to do the exercises.
