Huel vs Soylent vs Ka’chava [Review]
Huel Meal Replacement
Huel is a powdered food high in calories, carbohydrates, and protein. It also includes 27 important vitamins and minerals, equivalent to 100% of the FDA’s regular recommended values.
Huel powder is made up of a mix of macronutrients, with 3% fiber, 30% fat, 37% carbohydrate capacity, and 30% protein.
It certainly does not have any meat or dairy by-products and it is vegan. Huel is also lactose-free, soy-free, and GMO-free, with high salt content and no sugar (less than 2 percent ). Of necessity, Huel’s gluten-free formula is gluten-free.

1- Protein content
Both Huel and Soylent, as well as Ka’Chava, have a high protein content: 27g in Ka’Chava, almost 40g in Huel, and 20g in Soylent per serving.

2- Soy-free and lactose-free
If you are lactose or soy intolerant, you can take either of Huel and Ka’Chava’s supplements.
3- Complete Herbal Nutrition

4- Doesn’t taste good
In the case of Huel, much of its consumers claim it has a poor taste; in the case of Soylent Powder, certain customers believe that it all depends on the flavor you take, since it may be sour tasting in certain situations and sweet in others; and in the case of Ka’Chava, reservations about its taste are mild because they are very sweet.
Personally, I believe these three supplements are beneficial, but in order to choose a champion, I would include the following factors:

- Muscle development.
If you want to save money, gain energy, and prevent allergic reactions, the Huel meal substitute is the way to go.

I don’t have anything to tell for Soylent since it’s on the weaker side of these supplements, because it all depends on the budget.
