The Sole E35 elliptical is a machine used to help exercise various muscle groups in the body. Pedals attached to the elliptical’s base work the thighs, while handlebars target upper body muscles, and adjustable resistance settings improve or reduce the intensity of the workout as required.
To pack your elliptical for easy storage, first disassemble the machine into its separate components. Most components are held in place with bolts or screws, and disassembly can be accomplished with manual hand tools.

Before Disassembling The Sole E35 Elliptical Trainer
Before you begin disassembling the single e35 elliptical, keep the following tips in mind:
1- Tape the ends of the control wires to the ends of the vertical pole when disassembling to keep them from dropping into the pole and becoming impossible to recover.
2- All bolts, screws, and washers should be stored with the elliptical disassembled in plastic bags or containers.
3- Since you already have the screws, washers, and bolts in plastic bags, I suggest labeling the bags with the location of the components.
4- It is advisable to enlist the assistance of another person when disconnecting the wires from the console or removing the vertical post, as these components of the elliptical are massive and difficult to disassemble.
Steps To Disassemble Sole E35 Elliptical
Step 1: Remove the Power Cord
Remove the power cord from the elliptical’s electrical outlet. The screws that carry the arm covers, sliding wheel covers, stabilizer covers and tilt covers in place must be removed. Remove the covers and place them in a safe place.
Step 2: Remove the Bolts
Find the points where each handlebar connects to the connecting arms’ ends. Then, at each connection point, remove the bolts, then lift the handlebars to free them from the connecting arms.
Loosen the bolts that hold the plastic covers in place at the end of each handlebar, then remove the covers and set them aside.
Step 3: Disconnect the Cables From Each Handlebar
Disconnect the wires from each handlebar. Then, remove the elliptical handlebars and set them aside. Remove the screws that keep the console unit to the console mast and lift the unit up to inspect the console’s bottom.
Unplug the computing wire, two manual pulse wires, the resistance switch cable, and the tilt switch cable after that. Take the console out of the room and put it aside.
Step 4: Removing the Mast Bolts
Remove the bolts that bring the console mast to the base of the elliptical by lifting the lid at the bottom of the console mast. Disconnect the tilt motor’s electricity wires, then take the mast from the elliptical and set it aside.
Step 5: Remove the Mainframe Bolts
Find the point where the tilt rail assembly connects to the primary frame. Remove the bolts that secure the end of the assembly to the primary frame bracket. Disconnect the rail assembly from the frame.
