It can be challenging to disassemble the parts of the Sole E35 elliptical. But this article will provide an overview of how to disassemble Sole E35 elliptical for maximum efficiency.

There is a different process for disassembling an elliptical than there is for assembling it.

You will need to follow the steps in the manual and be careful when doing so. Failure to do so could damage your elliptical and void your warranty.

Before Disassembling The Sole E35 Elliptical Trainer

Keep the following things in mind before you begin dismantling the single e35 elliptical:

1- Tape the control wires to the ends of the vertical pole to prevent them from dropping into the pole while unmounting it.

2- Keep a plastic container or bag available to hold washers, screws, and nuts while the elliptical is dismantled.

3- Mark each component’s position on the plastic containers or bags in which you’ve placed the bolts, washers, and screws.

4- It is usually recommended to have another person assist you while removing the vertical post or disconnecting the wires from the console since these elliptical components are massive and tough to dismantle.

Steps To Disassemble Sole E35 Elliptical

Step 1: Remove the Power Cord

The first thing we’ll do is figure out where they are and how to remove the power cable from the socket.

Remove the power cable from the elliptical’s power socket after it has been detected.

Remove the screws holding the arm covers, inclination covers, stabilizer covers, sliding wheel covers, and the arm covers in place.

After that, keep them in a secure location.

Step 2: Remove the Bolts

The second step is to find the locations where each handle joins to the connecting arms’ ends.

Then, unscrew the bolts that keep the plastic coverings in place, and continue to remove the cover or handlebars and put them aside.

Step 3: Disconnect the Cables From Each Handlebar

Now we are going to discount a very delicate part which is the console. Disconnect the resistance switch cable, the computer cable, the 2 manual pulse cables, and the tilt switch cable.

Once this is done, separate the wires from each handlebar and put them away.

For a more thorough inspection, remove the bolts holding the console unit to the console mast and pull up.

Step 4: Removing the Mast Bolts

As in the previous step, we removed the bolts holding the mast, proceed to lift the cover on the bottom of the console, and remove the console mast.

Remembering to remove the electrical cables from the tilt motor.

Step 5: Remove the Mainframe Bolts

For our last step, you must locate where the tilt rail is attached to the mainframe in order to install it correctly.

Assemble the end of the assembly to the mainframe bracket and remove the bolts that hold it in place.

A very important note is that the rail assembly must be disconnected from the frame.
